solutions to strengthen energy security for the industrial sector, with particular emphasis on the role of <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/ktgindustrial.com\/new\/bess-optimizing-solar-energy-costs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Specifically:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Clarifying the role of BESS in industrial plants, enabling enterprises to proactively store and utilize
