(Vietnam) and Sembcorp Development (Singapore), a member of Sembcorp Industries, a reputable corporation in the field of sustainable industrial infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Officially planned in 2008 and located in Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City, the industrial park spans more than 1,566 hectares, with approximately 327.69 hectares allocated specifically for leasable industrial land.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thanks to its strategic location, VSIP Hai Phong enjoys seamless connectivity to key transportation routes such as Lach Huyen Port, the Hanoi Hai Phong Expressway, and Cat Bi International Airport, enhancing logistical efficiency and transportation operations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beyond its focus on modern infrastructure, VSIP Hai Phong is guided by green and sustainable development standards.
