Trong nh\u1eefng n\u0103m qua, v\u1ed1n FDI v\u00e0o c\u00e1c khu c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p chi\u1ebfm kho\u1ea3ng 35%-40% t\u1ed5ng v\u1ed1n FDI \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd t\u0103ng th\u00eam c\u1ee7a c\u1ea3 n\u01b0\u1edbc. Kho\u1ea3ng 221,33 t\u1ef7 USD \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 v\u00e0o c\u00e1c khu c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p, v\u1edbi ph\u1ea7n l\u1edbn d\u00e0nh cho ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u01a1 s\u1edf h\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng [2].<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0110\u1ec3 t\u0103ng c\u01b0\u1eddng thu h\u00fat FDI ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng, vi\u1ec7c n\u00e2ng cao c\u01a1 s\u1edf h\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng khu c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n &#8220;xanh&#8221;, th\u00f4ng minh v\u00e0 b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng l\u00e0 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 quan tr\u1ecdng.
